Default SON AGRO Ballast Cooking

Been running the Son Agro's on my 400 watt Radium's for the last couple of days and they look great. But I do have a question for the other users of this ballast. Mine get very very hot, more so then a regular 400 watt ballast. Is this normal for this ballast, should I add a cooling fan to the ballast enclosure, or is venting holes on the sides and top sufficient.

I've just got air slots on my case. Should be fine with those.
