Woe to the guitar hero 3 player

My xbox 360's defunct. Waiting for microsoft to ship me a box so I can send it for repair. 3-5 business days to recieve the box. 3-5 business days for it to ship to microsoft. 3-4 "business weeks" for the repair. another 3-5 business days to recieve it.

That's 42-49 real days for the repair. And they're only going to give me one month of xbox live gold for free. what a rip.

I was getting real good at guitar hero 3 too. Finished about 30 of the songs on expert.

My supernintendo was bulletproof, the ps2 is getting close to 7 years old and my ps3 has had more use than the 360. The controller that came with the 360 originally was dead 2 days after it's 90 day warranty too...

almost everyone i know with a 360 is on at least thier 2nd or 3rd, im going to buy a second since mine is pooched right now.
dont feed to bad microsoft is still losing over $100 for every xbox they sell

Me and my friend have been lucky and had ours both for a long time without even a glitch but I guess that seems to be more of the exception to the rule cause have heard of a lot of people having problems with them. Ya they lose money on the systems but you know they make a killing on the games

Just went through this with them. It took more like 8 days for the box to arrive. BUT they sent me a brand new one 3 days after they received it. So cross your fingers it is that fried. But yes i agree about the xbox live issue. I had just renewd my kids for 12 months and i said the same thing that it was a rip off.
I thought the wife would go crazy with my son be xboxless for 4-6 weeks
