![]() HI there.
We just picked up some red slime remover to help get rid of the cyano that does not want to go away. Now after reading the instructions i just want to make sure i have it right ![]() So i turn off any skimmers and uv for the 48 hours and then another 24 on top of that? So 72 hours total right. And then make sure that i do the 20 percent water change in 48hours. I bought 2 large airstones to keep the o2 up. Can i just put them in my sump or should i add them in the tank? Thanks for the advice |

![]() They way I used it (like 6 x last year
![]() As for the airstones...I tried that the first time, but what a hassle. Saltcreep everywhere. If you have good flow, your water will be oxygenated enough without them. HTH and good luck,
