ive been running hamiltons but the phoenix bulbs are on sale. any thoughts on the phoenix? thanks

![]() I have been using them for a year and a half now and I really like them. I haven't tried out a ton of bulbs so my opinion is a little biased I suppose, but they give a really nice crisp white light with enough blue to please the eye.

![]() I've seen EmilyB's tank and imo, the phoenix DE bulb is one of the best colored bulbs. Just enough blue to make the corals pretty.

![]() I was really pleased with the color as I don't have much for actinic. I'm not real certain how the corals like it tho. Not much growth lately. (The bulbs are less than a year old.) But that could be other factors.
