There is a realy small one, the Current USA Fission Skimmer. Im not sure how well it works, I have seen one in operation though and they can work.

I just got one of those Current USA Fission skimmers used yesterday. So far it seems to be releasing a lot of bubbles into the tank. I'm hoping that with some fine tuning and/or time that I'll be able to stop that somewhat. I was just about to try finding some info to see if other people have had success with them sans bubbles.

I have one of those Fusion Nano Skimmers. I put it in my sump, and the powerhead that returns the water to the display sits below the skimmer. I have no problems with it making bubbles in my tank since it's set up like this. It works pretty good, IMO. I ordered a second skimmer like this for my smaller nano just yesterday.

Not really, I think it's inherent to the design. What I did to eliminate them from my tank was put the skimmer in my aquafuge and let all the bubbles get stopped from entering the main tank by my chaeto. I'm not that impressed by the performance of the skimmer though, as seems to be the general consensus. I'm getting a bit of skimmate that looks like weak green tea. The whole thing is just so small though, that I just don't know if it's really doing much useful skimming. I think if I can find an aquafuge ps for cheap I'll go that route. My 24 gal tank at almost 30" long though, is a bit bigger than the typical nano.
