![]() I have a 36"x18"x18" glass tank. It's made of 1/4" glass is that thick enough? I had originally bought it for a sump setup so it would have been only half full. But now I'm debating wether to turn it into a full tank. I also want to know if I can move the centre brace, and just have thick bracing on the ends, so I can put one halide over the centre. thanks

![]() I have a custom 90g 18.5" tall 24" front to back and 48" long. I took out my center brace years ago never had any problems. just my 2 cents.
Cheers Tyler

![]() Just to be safe I'd have a center brace. I've had success replacing the black plastic brace on my 65 gallon with a .5 x 6 inch glass brace.
