Question Filter Sock/Bag Question

Hi All,

I was wondering if anybody is using a filter sock/bag (25 micron)? I have my on the inlet to the sump, from the in-tank overflow/weir. (link to picture of sump/filter sock/bag)

What do you think of it? Also, what do you wash it with, so as not to mess up the water parameters/chemistry?

Thanks in advance.

I love mine. I just throw it in the wash with no soap and it comes clean. I let mine dry for a couple of days before I put it back in service. I have 2 and just keep rotating them.
