Default I don't need anything?

So, has that ever happened to you? It is a first for me since I started with SW. I don't need anything. The corals need to grow out, so I don't need frags or new colonies for a while. My fish are all doing fine, likewise my inverts, so I'm stocked. My lights are still new enough that I don't need bulbs. I have enough salt for a few months. I'm so used to spending money on these things, I'm at a bit of a loss.

I wonder if this is why folks keep upgrading their tanks?

This is exactly why people upgrade there tanks . You will find that on about a month, you will be looking at everything you can wondering if you need it or should you upgrade...

You still need to clean glass, clean skimmer, check alk/cal, water changes
THEN you can get a bigger tank

Matt,

I'm sort of in the same place you are. Have a few things left to accomplish in my 37g GBTA tank, then find some fish for my 67g when my clowns go into the 37g. Other than that, it's just gonna be tank maintenance and monitoring water chemistry. Oh, and watch the fish and corals grow No more upgrades for us, our place is crammed with tanks already

Bwahaha, I was there a couple months ago. Tank was looking good and I finally had a terrific skimmer. There was nothing else I really *needed*. All went well for a little while. Then I decided my tank was too scratched and I wanted a new one ( I didn't upgrade in size). Now I want a new lighting system and a new sump and... and...

Jason: I think I did. I made a list today, but reviewing it, I'm probably not going to buy anything on it (except maybe short extension cords - I could use some of those to get timers from sitting directly on the power-bar).

reeferaddict: The secret, as in all things commercial, is to stop the WANT, but I'm not claiming that Zen-master skill. I think I'm just in between projects. It helps that I've got a friend I'm helping start something new and purchasing stuff.

Beverly: I have a frag of those green zoos for you. (I know you don't need anything, but...) PM me if you want - I could drop them off most any weekday morning.

How long can this last? I'm taking over/under bets on the number of days before I spend >$100 on aquastuff.
