man I got baby snails coming out of my sand bed like crazy. There are two types, one with round shell and the other with longer shells. Since I'm moving I don't want to up set them.
I'm thinking to move the tank with the sand in it and some water. Do you think they will reproduce again after my move? Cheers |

Most people get a new sandbed after a move so they dont release harmful anoxic pockets in the sand bed, which could cause major ammonia/nitrate spikes. If you are really concerned about the snails, pick them all out and put them in a container then get a new SB. Also, if they are infact babies and not just little snails that do appear, then the adults should be somewhere right? There are boud to be a few on the rocks during the move so I wouldnt worry anyways.
