Looking for a pump to plumb into a system that has various tanks (200 gallons) and is spred out some 25 feet.
Any ideas ? Zulu |

ZP,
I have a 3/4 horse centurion pump with pac-fab housing,it pushes in the neighborhood of 45-50 gallons per minute. It is a good 5-6 years old by my guess, but has had the seals re-done last year when it was being used. I would part with it for $ 125,if you pick it up. Couple of questions
Will I have any problems should the pump malfunction getting the water contaminated ? Input and Output size ? What was it being used for ? What did you use to replace it ? Thanks Zulu |

No chance of contamination,it has a pac fab self contained housing, self priming and basket/strainer compartment.
Its use was intended for the aquatic industry. 2" in and outs. It Was used for a large quad downdraft skimmer i had on a live rock curing system. I didnt replace it with anything,i am no longer curing rock. Actually,i have 2 of them but would like to keep one around just incase. |
