![]() can anyone give me tips about what kind of fan I should use? It's in a tall DIY canopy with about 9" clearance from bulb to water..I'm interested to know what kind of movement people are running for 2x250w setups...I'm currently looking at some fans that do 120cfm 1 in 1 out..will that be enough..there are some that do 200+ cfm but I imagine they'll make my tank sound like it's lifting off?
Thanks.

![]() I would say at least one in one out....I personnaly would go 2 in 2 out of the 120 cfm fans....you can never have to much cooling for your lights!

![]() Whats your ambient room temperature? That seems like a pretty big drop to me.
