Default Ricordea??? ID PLEASE
Hey guys . . . got this today but not sure if its a ricordea or just a bumpy mushroom?? LMK what yah think . . . Thanks in advance!

looks like a type of anemone to me. There is one in the tank at my LFS looks just like that. Blurry pic hard to tell but it dont look like a ricordea

how can you tell if a coral is a ricordea?? I have a ricordea yuma and it looks the same except the bumps on this one (pictured above) is a bit bigger. . . (is this coral a type of yuma??)

isnt the mushroom all bumps?? I mean the ric. Mushrooms are more smooth with few bumps

Ricordeas usually have "berry-type bumps" all over except around the mouth. Mine also have a "fringe" or "skirt" of short tentacles along the edge.

If the bumps are not like little round balls, then it may not be a ricordea after all.

Just do a Google image search to see what a Ricordea is supposed to look like Marcus.

My vote is stressed green hairy mushroom...in a day or two you should be able to see better what it is.
