Are there two triggers in the picture or is that just showing the colour change? I assume the trigger is now without the yellow since you said it's a female?

yes, currently the upper version(female) in the image

last year it was male, this year its female

Do they prey on any inverts or corals, small fish?

nope - he/she is not interested in my snails, crabs, clams, corals, starfish or small fish - only food that i give - naturally, they eat zooplankton

- im home during the day too
