Default sore fish

hey guys , i noticed that my cleaner wrasse has a sore on its side as if it got caught on some live rock or something , i am thinking this is the case as he was seen stuck and kinda forced his way through gap in the sand bed and the rock. i have been treating the tank with garlic and vit c with the food to increase the health of my fish. is there anything i can do to help him heal faster or should i just leave him and see if he heals in a few days?

If you have a UV sterilizer, plug it in. It will help kill any infecting agents so that the cleaner wrasse doesn't develop secondary infections.
