I have an Apogee SQ-120 Quantum sensor from RapidLED that's currently boxed and no longer in use. I used it a couple times with my fresh water setup to obtain PAR values and never used it again.
I bought it new early 2015 and I no longer need it. http://www.rapidled.com/apogee-sq-120-quantum-sensor/ For those who don't know, place the sensor in your tank and you plug the leads into a multi-meter and multiply the value by 5 to get the approximate PAR. This gets you a ballpark number to place your corals in the best spot in your tank. Also saves you $200 USD buying the full unit that converts the value for you. Looking for $100 CAD. |
