Mold is something you cast out of, it would be the casting your talking about. Cement I believe. Way better look here, approx 9 min in.

best part of this was when I first looked at the pic and thought , that green / purple scolly or lobo behind it is much sexier lol . Then I clued in to what I was actually looking at .
