You can get it anywhere in the U.S. You can walk into any Home Depot and buy it, but for some unknown reason not in Canada.

I just buy thin walled stuff at HD, there's no pressure being applied (in most systems). Sch 40 is a bit overkill. But Van Isle carries it

Thanks Brad...I just spoke with Brian over at Van Isle and they have everything, schedule 40 PVC, rigid tubing, and flex tubing.

yeah...pvc pipe that all hardware stores carrying is rated to 200 PSI which is well over the pressure we see in our aquarium. So the pipe should be good for you if you are using them in an aquarium. But if you insist sch 40 and can't find it locally, you can order sch 40 pipe from goreef.
Got some sch 40 pipe from goreef not long ago (not intentionally ordered sch 40 but ordered some fittings and some pipes and the pipes were sch 40 by chance)

The PVC pipe I bought from Rona all says SCH 40 on it.

If you have a Bartle and Gibson out the they sell it for less than Home Depot, Lowes and Rona.

Bartle & Gibson
Corix Water Products
Noble Plumbing Supplies
Emco Plumbing and Heating

Just to name a few plumbing suppliers. Not sure which may be in your area, just let your fingers do the walking (does that phrase even apply these days?).
