![]() I am in the process of taking down my tank. I've given away all the livestock, but now I need to clean off the hardware.
What is an easy way to soften up / remove coraline from the filter, heater, tank walls, etc? Thanks, Wayne |

![]() You can give vinigar a try.It cleans calcium deposits,so it should work on coraline.

![]() Yup, a dilute vinegar solution will clean it up. Vinegar apparently degrades rubber seals, so remove them first.
