I get i piece of LR while ago and this little plant was already attached to it . Any idea what is the name and if is good or a pest

not a pest algae-looks similar to sargassum weed,but it isn't it

I dont know but its been in my tank for a few days
I just kind affraid the can be somehing harmfull for all my liv stock

This is not a pest algae and it looks like 'Sarcodia montagneana' belongs to a type of red macro algae. If you didn't want it, I'm gladly to purchase it from you since I'm marine plants collector for years.
