![]() These have just showed up in the area the clownfish enjoy spending most of their day and night. The clowns appear to be nipping at them and swimming up and rubbing their bodies along side it. Sorry for the crappy pic, im going to try to get some better ones however im not sure if i should try and clean up the glass beside the eggs. Any advice?

You can clean the glass, they will get PO'd about it but they will just "extra tend" to the eggs when your done. Here is my clowns batch from last night. http://www.canreef.com/vbulletin/sho...hreadid=100802

![]() Thanks Ross, really cool pictures! Cleaned the tank up and man ive never seen them so aggressive, the female anyway. First time egg layers, i never thought id see them in my tank, ive had the clowns for about 3 years. Ill try to get some better pictures up..

![]() Once they start this, they will not stop. My black ice lay eggs every 2 weeks for about 4 months now. It is too much trouble to raise the eggs unfortunately

![]() Yes, those are eggs. If you look at the fish you can see the ovipositor is still down on the female and the "spermipositor" is also visible on the male. It looks like you took the pic in the middle of them laying.
