![]() Hi all,
I had a helfrich firefish in my tank for a couple of months and always wanted a pistol shrimp to partner my goby. I added the pistol a month ago and sometime last week I noticed my firefish was missing. I've flushed all the plumbing and checked the overflow to no avail and looked in my sump but still can't find the little fella. Is there a chance the pistol got hold of him? Do they generally go after fishies? Ta, Dunc Sent from my HTC Incredible S using Tapatalk 2 |

![]() I've SEEN pistol shrimp attacking fish who got too close to their burrow or rock hole.
The reality is though, your clean up crew is probably just doing its job and your snails and hermits and other tiny critters ate it. |

![]() It's a red pistol shrimp. He kind of picked his burrow where the firefish slept.
