Default What a night!!

Well... I am half way through sucking up the flood!!!! A compression fitting to my water filter broke some time this morning!!! 3/4 in water line! I live on the third floor, the guy below me woke me up. There was at least an inch and a half on top of the thick thick shag carpet!! Good thing that he was awake when it happened, or it would have been worse. He had water flowing from the ceiling in 2 spots. He thought that the noise was rain outside.

I guess I will have to phone the insurance agent later today.

Wish me luck,

Back to the shop vac

Bummer Rob. I had one go on the line to my RO/DI. I happened to be standing right there painting my son's face for Halloween when it happened or I'd have flooded the entire house.
