treating RTN with Furan 2

Anyone tried it? I had a deep water frag RTN 2 weeks ago and it was very fast. In few hours half of the frag was gone so I cut it and put it on a new plug with glue and all, well over the affected area but it was still doing RTN.

As a last resort I tried a dip with Furan 2 and it worked. It stopped the RTN and now 2 weeks later the frag is incusting on its dead bone and started to regrow flesh. So for RTN caused my an infection by bacterias, Furan 2 might save it and since RTN is so hard to cure, it might be worth a try anyway. I used API Furan 2, half a pouch in 100 ml of tank water for 3 minutes. API Furan 2 is available for online purchase from big al canada online and probably a few other stores as well.
