Smile Mildew resistant paint job

In my fishroom i'm gona have lots of humidity cause the last time with one tank i had i" thick ice forming on my windows. So i'm painting the room with mildew resistant paint for bathroom because this time i'll have 3 tanks. The vendor asked me if anybody was sleeping in there because the paint being mildew resistant releases something.....anybody heard anything negative about that kind of stuff before that could affect the tanks. I did paint one of my closet where my RO water and my refugium were but it was exterior paint for weather and mildew resistant not bathroom mildew paint. For the record i'm planning on a dehumidifier and maybe an air-exchanger as well thats also good for your heating bill though and overall air freshness. $ 499 for the exchanger and $ 250 for the dehumidifier, who said that hobby is cheap lol.
