![]() depends on the pepermint. There are like 6 strains of them, and some won't even touch aiptaisa.
I guarentee mine will, I only buy from one supplier, and they go nuts when I demo them by dropping a piece of aiptasia in their tank. Within seconds they start ripping it apart. |

![]() If your tank is small as stated try from a known batch of peppermints before risking the filefish. mine developed an appetite for sps polyps.
if it's a large tank i have no idea. i bought 8 peppermints that i saw devour aiptasia right before my eyes but in my large tank they did absolutely nothing. not sure if it was the presence of larger fish or more foods to keep them happy. i feed my nano much more sparingly and two shrimp decimated my aiptasia overnight. infested frags are cleaned same day. |
