Default shrinking mushrooms

Hello canreefers

I need advice on maintaining healthy mushrooms as mine is shrinking smaller and smaller. What are the food requirements ?
Ph : 8.3 nitrite : 0.3 nitrate : 0 sg : 1.026 temp : 26c

What kind of light is it under? Mine shrink if exposed directly to my 400w halides. Of course I wouldn't be put out if they died.

I have spacelight 2 HQI (forgotten about the wattage). and 2 actinic blue.
Tank is 172 g bowfront.

Move them into some shade and see how they do.

try moving them to a low current area that when they fully expand.

I have mine under metal hadlides some in 400 watt, some in 175 watts, some in 250 watts, some on the upper tank sections some on the bottom sections and are thriving. In my tanks it seems like lighting is not really an issue, as some are also in my small 20 gallon with a single 24 watt powerglo. Check your iodine level perhaps. Regards.

Forgotten to say that I also have calcium reactor. Do they need lots of iodine ?
