Quarintine tank needed!!

Hey, i have a sick white cheek tang and was wondering if anybody had a medi tank up and running. i dont want this guy to die, im pretty sure its ich, hes always had spots once and awhile but not covered and he is barely eating at all.. but still nibbles on rocks once in awhile, i should have never turned off the uv sterilizer light lol.. but kind of have to with pellets
