Storing dry fish food?

Hi fellow reefers,
I was thinking about buying dry fish food (Elos marine pellets & coral chilli) from bulk reef. If I leave it sealed how long can I store this type of fish food before it gets spoiled. I don't shop on bulk reef often that's why.

Any suggestions?
