Default Tank Transfer

I wanted to ask you guys a few questions about a tank transfer.

I've been thinking about just moving the contents of my 33 to the 50 and scrapping the 2 tank idea. The 50 has been up for 3 months and is cycled (though it hasn't had lighting on it yet). Sand is full of pods, worms etc.. I just can't keep up with the 33. I can't even leave for 2 days becuase there is no auto top off..

So I'm wondering.. Will I be safe moving everything over in a day? I plan on keeping very little of the 50gal water. The rest will be new water and all the 33g water I can squeeze.

Do you think I will get much of a cycle for a move like this or not? Just being overly paranoid.

Adam, I think the only thing that would have any die off is the sand bed. I assume you wouldn't transfer much of the sand from the 33? As long as you put all the rock in the 50, you should be fine.
