![]() Check out the new Tunze silence line of pumps. They look really good. and build quality is topnotch. but the flow might be a little much (2900)

![]() red dragon will be the top of the list for its quiet operation, tunze is next inline, eheim 1262 a bit lower flow but it reliable and quiet. I know there are more pumps out there that fit the bill but those are the three I have used and are extremely happy with them.

![]() The reviews of the RLSS DC5000 say it is very quiet. I'm not sure where to get it in Canada though.

![]() I'm looking at power consumption a for pumps. How can some pumps get 200gph with 90 watts while others use 200 watts for 2000gph

![]() I believe the biggest difference is between A/C versus D/C control. The Red Dragons, etc...have always been good power savers versus the output.
