Vendor Ratings

Is it possible to change our vendor ratings? I would like to increase one of mine: from "satisfied" to "very satisfied." I rated the store after my first visit, and subsequent visits have clearly indicated to me that my rating is too low.

The proof of my satisfaction is in my credit card receipts!

I just purchased a couple of snails the first time I was in. I've since spent over 2k in the store.

When I started my FW tanks back in 2010, I spent over 10K between July and December ... on freshwater stuff
