LF: 48" 2x250w plus T5 light - Vancouver/Lower Mainland

My light unit has died a death & need something to replace it ASAP!

Need a 48" (4ft) light with legs/stand to sit over my tank.

Can't hang it as I'm moving soon & don't want to be making holes in the ceiling or building lighting rigs.
