Default Live Rock

What is everyone's opinion on the best type of live rock?
Is Bali or Fiji better? And which LFS in the lower mainland BC is the best place to buy live rock.

Thanks for any advice

IMO the type is not much of an issue. I look for the freshest (or well cared for) and most porous rock I can find and try to get at least one peice at each LFS for a variety of fauna. After that it's all about looks.

I have Tonga rock in mine and it's pretty funky. Tons of holes and caves. Not much in the way of solid rock. What's not caves or holes looks like sponge. The copepods LOVE it.
Not sure where you'd pick it up on the mainland though.
