Default LF: Hawaiian Cleaner Wrasse

if anyone has one, or has seen one at the store in edmonton, please let me know.

its the one with the yellow head and purple back

Just encase you didn't know already, the Hawaiians are also known to pick at clams among other things when they reach maturity. The difference being you don't hear much about it as they are also much more difficult to keep so rarely do they reach maturity. There is also the false Hawaiian to look out for.

I've read that these are safe with clams

What can I get that'll clean my fish but won't eat my clams?

My cleaner shrimp seems to be lazy

you could try a neon or sharknose goby.....heard they are good for cleaning duties and seem to adapt better to tank life then a cleaner wrasse

Thanks guys. I've had a regular cleaner wrasse for almost a year but it recently started picking at clams
