![]() I am setting up a new tank downstairs and transferring some fish to it. Needless to say, a net alone doesn't work too well.
I had all these pieces of 3 inch PVC, and have noticed that fish like to hide in them. So I placed a 12" piece in a strategic spot, and chased the fish to it. When the fish went inside, I just placed my net on one side, and with my hand picked up the other side. The fish then scooted into the net on the other side. Caught a couple so far that way, and will be doing more soon. Seemed almost too easy.
