Default A bad joke that has had me smirking for the last half hour.

While reading up on Euripides, I came across this little gem:

Man goes into a tailors and hands over his torn pants.

Tailor - "Euripides ?"

Man - "Yes, Eumenides ?"

Should we start a bad joke thread?
Speaking of pants, the other day I went shopping for camouflage pants but I couldn't find any...

Might as well post this while I'm at it. From my Facebook:

You know that one song that makes everything funny? Yakety Sax? Yeah, so I’ve been putting it to the test. Thus far the results have been promising. Exhibit A, take Mufasa’s death scene from The Lion King. That was a pretty sad moment of my childhood. Here’s what you do:

Preload said Yakety Sax via youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZnHmskwqCCQ

1. Load said Lion King scene: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ViLDPBaIO-E
2. Watch the Lion King scene until 1:52. Pause and mute the video.
3. Start the preloaded Yakety Sax.
4. Resume the Lion King clip.

From tragic, to comedic magic!

To the best of my knowledge, this works with pretty much any sad/tragic/horrific clip.

Ned Stark at the gallows? Amusing.

Dumbledore is thrown from the tower by Snape? Comical.

Aeris gets stabbed by Sephiroth? Hilariously whimsical.

Wilson floats away from Tom Hanks? My gosh, I almost herniated.

Hope this has been… educational for all y’all out there
