Shut Down - Need everything gone this weekend!

Hey everyone, I just got back from work to find that there has been little upkeep in my tanks. I need to sell everything its for the good of both tanks! Everything is still very healthy, I just don't have the time to work on them working up north.

I would rather sell them as complete tanks. BUT WILL PART OUT IF I HAVE TO, I have a 100g custom tank, stand, sump and light and a 16g custom cube. I would like to get 400$ for the cube, I have put about 700 into it and I would like to see 1600$ for the 100g I have put at least double that into it.
