Default Sailfin Tang

Hey,

How fast does tail or fin rot come on. I was watching my sailfin around 6:30 tonight and he looked great. At about 8:00pm the same night the lower part of his rear fin was shredded at the bottom. Is it possible he tore it on something?

In my experience tail rot doesn't work that fast. Also with tail rot you'd probably see some clamping of the fins and red edges. Sounds to me like he got it torn or something.
