![]() We came across a decoration yesterday that I am in LOVE with and would love to incorporate into the live rock when we add it to the tank, however-is there such a think as saltwater safe-reef decorations? if there is, how can confirm that, that particular one is? I never thought of ever putting anything but rock and livestock-however it's hard to put this one down.
It wasn't initially meant to go in the tank. It was meant to be part of our home decor, but now I'm wondering. ![]() |

![]() Honestly though, it does not look very "reefy". How about something that is really meant to be in a saltwater tank? I have put some artificial sponges in my reef that look quite real and understanding how difficult it is to maintain non-photosynthetic sponges (nearly impossible) in a reef, I went with artificial ones from here:
