Does anyone have any idea what this is and how i get rid of it

This started growing in my tank when i was using tap water and yes i know thats horrible but anyways I'm just wondering if anyone knows what it is and how I can get rid of it. I've been doing water changes and using proper water.

wow thanks for the super quick reply what will work best and not eat my corals or my anemones?

lower your nitrates,remove as much by hand,use an urchin or seaslug to nibble on it.it's supposedly unpalatable to most herbivores
