Coral Grow Ca / ocean fresh aqurium products

Could someone tell me how to use / mix this product... there are no instructions.

I have a bag of Coral grow ca and do not have the foggiest idea on how much and how to add it to my tank.

I checked my calcium leves and it looks like I am around 380 or so / the tank is 75G with a 60G sump below

How do I mix this stuff up and how much should I be adding to get to 450?

Should I be adding it into my sump area?
