Default What the heck is this?

Okay so I'm really new to sw. Had fresh for about 12 years. This tank's been running about a year and a half and now I'm starting to get into the technical details of it. So about two months ago these weird white little volcano things start popping up in a few places, mostly in the crevices of an ornament. They don't look like the pictures of apistaisia that I've seen and googling marine pests has done me no good. Any ideas? Sorry for the lousy quality, it's from my cell cause my camera seems to have bit the dust again. Also what are the really hard little spiral things that are stuck to EVERYTHING?

sea squirts. basically a sponge. good sign. the spiral shells are vermetid snails. also good but have long spiderwebs that can get ugly.
