			 I would say that it is red turf algae.  Tangs tend to eat it and Tuxedo Urchins will munch on it.

			 red turf algae (it really is, it's just a bit out of control!)... I had a foxface that cleared up a really bad case of this for me in a matter of a few days.  They love the stuff. 			 i wouldnt recommend a rabbit fish for that tank... UNLESS you find someone who is looking for a foxface and is willing to buy it off you after it takes care of your algae..
