do you use carbon on your tank, if so
-what brand
- how much
- how often do you replace
- whats your water volume

about 2 cups for 180 gallons in a phosban reactor
changed every 2-4 weeks (depending on when I remember)

replace once a month
+200gal total system volume

Maybe every couple of months I stick a white card in the tank to let me know if the water is yellowing over time.
If so I use Kent carbon and stick a cup or so in a bag in the return and leave it there for a day or two.
The carbon removes the yellowing.

I use that fluval carbon fill up a Reactor and run it well lord knows ..... i buy mine through BWI in Ontario. total volume 175 gals
