Default grazing food

Hey all,
just wondering what type of grazing food i should get for a pygmy angel and a yellow tang. I've heard Nori is good but not sure if supermarket sushi wrap sheets are ok for fishes... anyone know a good place to get cheap snacks for herbivores?

I use nori from the grocery store all the time. A lot cheaper than buying from the LFS.

Unflavoured nori is excellent and cheap.

Another great choice is Wardley's spirulina discs. They drop to the bottom and stay hard so the fish can nibble on them all day.
