Question Need ID on these 2 creatures

So I happened to clean out my sump, and I found ALOT of these guys! Not sure what they are or where they came from. I'm thinking it's some sort of shrimp? They are very active at night in my tank.

In the 2nd picture, I'm curious what that blue stuff is under my coral. It has grown somewhat and also developed holes in it. Any ideas? Is it part of the coral?

Thanks

Yup, pods and sponge, all good stuff. I see we're practically neighbours
