I've heard that just removing the flow restrictor will flush the RO, is this correct. If not how is it done?
One more thing, should I change the DI every time I change the carbon prefilters. My TDS meter is showing .09 and I know I'm up for a carbon change but I'm not sure on the DI. |

Yup, remove the restrictor. ANd should flush on a shedual, like once a month.

the aquasafe's just turn a valve 90°.
probably a good idea changing the pre-filters every six month or so along with the DI backed up by a TDS reading Might want to check that 0.09 Carbon talking the pre or post? Me, I no longer use the post as there for taste and fish aren't complaining.
