help brown slime on rtbta

so i have had this anemone for about 4 months now and well he was super big 16 inches at least fed often left for work today and he was opened come home and he curled up and slime coming out of him and tank water is filthy looking parameters are where they usually are what do i do ?????

never like this before my other 2 were noticeably different since we started on zeovit system but this one grew but we were noticing arms everywhere as he was shedding who knows took him out for some qt to keep an eye on him its not looking good tho i have never seen one like this before
