sand settling,
i dont think i washed the sand very well and my water looks really murky, should i wait it out till the morning to settle or is it time for some carbon?

it will settle, i wouldnt worry about it

keep your water flowing and wait it should only take a few hours.

when i first set up my 110 it was foggy for 2 days

wow lol i added the carbon bag into my sump right by the intake after taking it out of my freshwater and rinsing it out just incase

been like 4-5 hours ( i think) ill check in the morning hopefully it gets really clear i like clear water

i have some cartrages that have just a little floss would that work? just stick it really close to the intake into my sump?

I was worried about this too but it settled down in my new tank after about a day. I don't have a filter on my tank yet either.
