flow in sump

so i have a question how much flow are you running in your sump i got a 75 gallon sump about half full of water got a couple koralia 1 in there as that is what i had lying around seem to be a bit smelly the odd time could be the skimmer or filter sock just wonder if the stagnant water could also be an issue i guess i should mention 250 total water volume 2200 gph return pump

Theres about 4000gph going though my 100gal(actual volume) sump.

so is that including water going through with your system via return pump i am curious about how much extra flow via powerheads that i should be running ?? thanks

how often do you clean the sock ?

well i guess i should mention the sock gets changed daily the skimmer gets emptied daily as tank shared wall in bedroom living room so i try to keep it as clean as possible

through my 75g sump is around 1000gph, sock changed about once a week, every few days the skimmer. No bad smells
